Introducing the first on board camera with True HD
The HD Motorsport Hero is the same size unit as the standard version but now packed with a load more features and with incredible picture detail through the latest high definision picture technology. Extremely compact and lightweight this camera can be mounted both internally and externally, and with its waterproof casing it has a 60 meters depth rating.
3 x Flat adhesive mounts, 2 x Curved adhesive mounts, 2 x Horizontal surface quick release buckles, 1 x Vertical Surface buckle, 1 x Suction cup mount, 1 x 3 way pivoting side arm assembly, 1 x USB/RCA combo cable.
With its 2 year waranty the Hero Wide HD produces up to 1080pix video at 30 frames per second in MP4 format, with a 16GB SD card it will give you up 2hrs 52minutes of HD recording. The unit can also be used as a camera with a 2, 5 and 10 second photo burst mode in 5 megapixels resolution.
The unit is powered by its built-in 1100 mAh Lithium-Ion battery with a battery life of two and a quarter hours. This is rechargeable through a computer USB port or our optional power adaptor (available in the New Year).
HD memory recording cards and rollbar mounts are available at an extra cost.
The New Year will bring more extras for the HD camera. These include Wireless Stereo microphone, and a wireless remote control.
