The Track Day Solo 2 Lap Timer includes a high-precision GPS and receives data from GPS and GLONASS satellite constellations. This allows the device to display instant speed, timing splits, live data and predictive lap times on its high-contrast display with an accuracy of two-hundredths of a second to help drivers improve their performance on the track.
The improved GPS technology in the Solo 2 also provides better reliability from the predictive lap timing function so that you can see, in real time, how your current lap compares to your best lap. The LEDs are also configurable to give a visual indication on whether you are quicker or slower.
Accurate Lap Times
The Solo 2 Lap Timer features a 100Hz 6-axis inertial platform to calculate, show and record lap times, sector times, position & vehicle speed, with a sampling rate of up to 25Hz, and 3D acceleration & gyro.
Predictive Lap Timing
The Solo 2 will calculate your predictive lap time based upon:

Advanced Display, Track Recognition & Easy Connection
The Solo 2 has a sharp, high-contrast display which helps drivers easily identify the data displayed on screen, as well as 8 different backlight colours.
Thousands of pre-loaded worldwide track maps are available, the track day lap timer automatically recognises your position on the track as soon as it's switched on. Once you start to drive, it automatically recognises the start line coordinates of the track and starts sampling lap times every time you go past.
Whether it's used for point-to-point runs for rallying or a closed-loop track, the Solo 2 allows you to create a new temporary or permanent track layout too. Even if there is no track already, the device will create one for you.
Lap Times & Sector Times
The Solo 2 features an internal, high precision, 25Hz, 4-constellation GPS receiver and an internal database including information about thousands of tracks all over the world: just switched 'On,' it automatically recognises the track and gets the information about the starting line position and the time zone.
The precision of the calculated lap times is 1/100 of a second.
Extensive Track Database
The Solo 2 Lap Timer includes thousands of pre-loaded track maps worldwide, the lap timer automatically recognises your position on the track, recognises the start line, and starts sampling lap times every time you go past.
Whether it's used for circuit racing or performance tests, the Solo 2 allows you to create a new, temporary, or permanent track layout.
