FIA 8860-2018 Homologation is usually required for international motorsport use, but if these higher-standard helmets fall in your race budget, we’d always recommend them for their weight saving, safety, and quite frankly the appearance of the higher-grade woven carbon fibre.
Stilo manufactures the biggest range of 8860 standard helmets, and their ST5 helmet in the 8860 and a Zero 8860 helmet are built to exceed the very latest FIA8860-2018 standard - as required in all international racing championships.
The Zero range is considerably lighter and in various models, is the lightest helmet on the market.
