Catie becomes a Walero ambassador

Catie Munnings is the latest high-profile driver to become an official Walero ambassador.

Catie is a rising star of British motorsport and has already made a massive impact on the rally landscape. At the age of 18, she was crowned the Ladies champion in the FIA European Rally Championship in 2016 and is the first British person to win a title in European rallying for 49 years.

Following this incredible achievement, winning the European title resulted in Catie being shortlisted for the Sunday Times Young Sportswoman of the Year, 2018.

Catie made her ERC debut at the Ypres Rally behind the wheel of a Peugeot 208 VTi R2 for Saintéloc Junior Team. It was at this rally that she began her partnership with current co-driver Anne Stein.

2018 sees Catie compete in the ERC for the Saintéloc Junior Team, and has sights set firmly on the top of the pack and on the overall trophies. As a result of her meteoric rise, Catie has been picked up by Peugeot and is a part of their ‘Peugeot rally academy’.

Aside from this Catie is an ambassador for Peugeot UK, Women of the Future, Sean Edwards Foundation, IAM Roadsmart and the fabulous ‘Dare to be Different’ foundation, spear headed by Suzie Wolfe.
