Chadwick aims for British F3 success with Stilo

Jamie Chadwick, who has come over to the Stilo helmet brand and will wear a new Stilo ST5 FN 8860 supplied by Nicky Grist Motorsports this season, will return to the BRDC British F3 Championship with Douglas Motorsport this year. The move will see the talented 19-year old mount a serious title challenge, with her new team having picked up six wins over the past two years.

Jamie became the first ever female and youngest winner of the British GT4 Championship in 2014 and finished ninth in the F3 standings last year with Double R Racing, with third her best race result.

“It was always my wish to complete a second year in British F3, and I am delighted to be teaming up with Douglas Motorsport for this year’s campaign,” said Jamie. “I have a great team behind me, so I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running at Oulton Park and starting our title attack.”

“After following Jamie’s progress through the junior formulas, including winning a British Championship, it is a pleasure to have her join the team,” said Douglas Motorsport Team Principal Wayne Douglas.

The opening rounds of the 2018 British F3 Championship take place this weekend at Oulton Park.
