Järveoja is WRC Co-driver of the Year

Martin Järveoja is the official 2019 FIA World Rally Championship Co-driver of the Year.

The Estonian guided Ott Tänak to their first world title together, winning six rounds of the series in their TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team Yaris WRC.

It is the third consecutive time that Järveoja has won the award, while Tänak was voted WRC Driver of the Year for a fourth consecutive time.

“Thank you everybody for supporting us. We know that you are always behind us and that’s really something special,” said Järveoja.

Nicolas Gilsoul, who finished second in the WRC standings alongside Thierry Neuville, was runner-up in the WRC.com voting. Nine time world champion Daniel Elena, co-driver to Sébastien Loeb, finished third in the poll.

Martin Järveoja wears a Stilo WRC DES Zero 8860 helmet.
