The Stilo HANS Zero combines the very latest technology and design from HANS to produce a remarkable lightweight HANS device that is branded Zero in line with the company's lightweight Zero helmet models.

A newly engineered product by HANS in partnership with Italian helmet manufacturer Stilo, designed for extreme lightness along with HANS proven technology to create the lightest, most comfortable HANS Device ever made and weighing a mere 427 grams.

Using HANS specific techniques and a top aerospace grade carbon fiber as used in Stilo's range of Zero helmets, the Stilo HANS Zero comes out at an incredible 15% lighter than the HANS Ultra Lite, the lightest HANS on the market before the HANS Zero.

Made in the US this FHR Device is homologated to FIA 8858 standard and also SFI 38.1 certified.

Currently only available with a 30-degree angle for Formula-type cars, and only in size medium up to an 18.5" collar.
