Following two hugely successful generations of Stilo full face rally helmet, the ST6 Rally 8860 has been launched for 2025 with some noticeable benefits to improve comfort, weight, visibility and most importantly, safety.
The Stilo ST6 ZERO 8860 shell is built on the experience of the previous model in top flight motorsport including WEC and Formula One. This is the lightest full face rally helmet available. It really is outstandingly light! Even greater visibility through the visor aperture is achieved through a cut bottom visor aperture meaning drivers and co-drivers benefit from improved visibility of the dashboard, pacenotes and car controls. Meanwhile advanced air channels in the chin bar and top of the shell provide better breathability, reducing sweat and moisture and therefore, heat. Taking feedback and consultation from leading WRC and off-road drivers, Stilo has taken this onboard to improve the already great ST5 8860 to evolve this helmet further for eligibility in all rally categories right up to the Rally1 class.
The routing within the padding for the optional quick release, integrated drinks kits, radio cable routing and cold air system has been redesigned and the completely new linings have improved interlocking around the cheek and chin pad area for better usability. Not only have the cheek pads been improved but the interior linings as a whole, meaning the comfort is better. Shell sizing structure in the ST6 has also evolved, thanks to a third, medium shell which is designed to fit the majority of drivers in the 59-61cm sizes.
The ST6 Rally models are supplied with Stilo WRC rally electronics built in – adjustable microphone and rally ear cups - with a female Stilo Nexus connection suitable for use with Stilo WRC wireless and also wired intercoms. This helmet is supplied with an additional short visor, drinks kit and a Stilo helmet bag.
