This Lifeline Zero2020 electrical extinguisher system from Lifeline is another new kit for 2022. Featuring a new type of extinguishant foam, these extinguishers deliver excellent performance from a smaller capacity cylinder.
These new Zero2020 kits meet the latest requirements for FIA Technical List 16 and are the required standards for MSUK's new 2022 requirements.
The Rally Pack offer of this electrically operated system is a plumbed-in system and a handheld but saving you 20% on the handheld extinguisher against purchasing it separately.
The Lifeline Zero2020 has a more compact bottle than most other extinguishers, due to the better extinguishant of the new type of ABF foam which performs better than the previous 4 litre Zero2000 range. This bottle size saves you 1.4kg and the smaller size cylinder allows you to fit it in smaller areas in the cockpit.
Using 5 nozzles which has 3 in the engine bay and 2 in the cockpit - these systems are now easier to install than their previous systems.
Orders of these fire extinguishers will be filled upon receipt of your order, to ensure as long a service life as possible for you. The turnaround time is normally 2-3 days for this.

Stocks of these fire extinguishers are held in an unpressurised state, allowing us to fill the bottle and date it from when you place your order, giving them the longest life available. (All extinguishers need servicing every 2 years, and Lifeline bottles have a 10 year service life). As a result of this, there will be a lead time of 2-3 working days for bottles to be filled and shipped out.
