What makes a Stilo carbon formula racing helmets such a good option?

In formula racing, whether it be in the prestigious F1 category or down to F4, everything on the car must be designed to be as light as possible to improve acceleration and handling.

However, when it comes to personal safety equipment, such as a racing helmet, the lightness helps keep the driver more comfortable and alert. A heavy helmet, which is not aerodynamically designed, will mean greater wind resistance. This then means more drag, and this will cause greater fatigue for the F1 driver.
